One of my now famous concepts, called the "Homeowners Blend Program" allows me to sell your home with a total fee of only 2.5%!!  Very importantly, this is not "Discount Brokerage" in which you pay less, and GET less, but rather full service brokerage at a better price!

As unbelievable as that sounds, it's really quite true!! In fact, I just had the pleasure of Selling a gorgeous $344,900 home for the Martinuk Family under this program, and they paid exactly 2.5% total, saving over $12,000 in real estate fees, while still selling their home in 3 days.  If this is a program you'd be interested in, I'm sure they'd be delighted to talk to you, and tout the success they were able to achieve. 

In short...you have the best agent in the area working for you 24/7....but you can actually pull it off and pay less.  Very importantly though... PLEASE don't hire me because I charge a lower fee!!!!   Hire me because I am absolutely the best, and you deserve it.  The fact that I charge a lower fee, is just a benefit...
